I believe that by eliminating "bad" food choices the body can dramatically improve health. I am also an advocate for relaxation and believe that if the body is relaxed during a massage session, then the body can better benefit and connect mind and body. Don't be discourage, however, I can not only deliver a relaxation massage,I can also work deep into the muscle tissue to relief pain from overworked muscles.
I must admit that I found massage by accident. As a young college student my dream was to become a dentist. One day as I was heading to my class I came across a flyer about a seminar to be massage therapist . I did not give it a second thought and attended. The rest is history. Not only did I find an interest, but I realized that it was a good complimentary therapy to my Martial Arts discipline. Being an athlete you are prone to aches and pains and what better way to take care of that? regular MASSAGE! My passion for Therapeutic Massage has driven me to explore more into manual therapy. I am currently a student of Naprapathy Medicine, a pain management specialist, that treats the connective tissue throughout the body.
I am a Martial artist of over 10 years of experience. I enjoy learning about aromatherapy and how it can benefit when combined with massage.
